Author Guideline

Proposed papers must be original contributions to research, according to the standards of scientific production. Under no circumstances should they be published in other journals, even in different forms. Although theoretical articles are accepted, it is preferable to submit empirical contributions.

Submitted articles cannot exceed 40,000 characters (spaces, notes, and bibliography included).

It is possible to offer critical notes on works, on scientific controversies or on a particular area of theories or managerial practice. These contributions are evaluated in the same way as articles. However, they cannot exceed 24,000 characters.

Any submission that does not allow for blind review and does not follow the journal's presentation standards will be rejected.

The names of the authors must only appear on the first page and all indications in the body of the text allowing the recognition of the authors must be eliminated. References should be in journal format.

By submitting your text for publication in the IJTM, you agree so that your text is checked before sending for proofreading and continuation of the evaluation process using Compilatio, Ephorus, Arkund, or other internet plagiarism monitoring and detection software; and for the transfer of your copyright to the journal, in the event that your article is retained by the scientific committee.

A UNICODE font must be used: times 11 for the text, times 14 centered bold for the title, times 12 bold for the titles of the main parts and 11 bold for the secondary parts.

Quotations will be italicized. They must correspond exactly to the original text. The notes, for their part, will be placed at the bottom of the page.

In the text, the references developed in the bibliography will be indicated in parentheses by the surname alone, followed by the year of publication and a letter if the bibliography contains several works by the author for the same year. The cited pages will also be mentioned (for example, p. 112 — 113).

Bibliographic references will not be indicated in the footnotes, except for authors used only once.

Most of the references will be placed at the end of the article, under the title " Bibliography ", in alphabetical order of the authors' names. We will put the name (in capitals), the first name, the date of publication. If it is a book, the title in italics, the place and the publisher. If it is an article, the title in brackets, the journal in italics with its number and the pages corresponding to the cited article.
